Yoga mats, bolsters and blocks laid out in the shala in the morning light

Life Yoga Shala · Amed

Yoga classes in Amed, in our garden shala by the beach

Morning flow and evening yin, twice a day, seven days a week. All levels welcome, mats and props provided, hotel guests and visitors alike.

A shala on the beach

The Life in Amed Yoga Shala is a wooden-floored, open-sided pavilion in the tropical garden, a few steps from the beach. It holds up to 18 students, so classes always feel personal. Some days we take the mats out onto the lawn by the beach.

Our classes are open to all levels and adapted to the people who come. Whether you are staying with us, staying elsewhere in Amed or just passing through, you are welcome. Follow the heart signs to Lean village.
