Booking terms & cancellation policy
Deposit and payment
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. It can be paid online through our booking engine or by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer.
- The balance can be paid at the hotel in Indonesian rupiah, US dollars or euros, or by credit card (a card fee may apply).
Cancellation policy (individual hotel guests)
- More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded, minus transfer fees.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- Less than 7 days before arrival, no-show or early departure: the full amount of the stay is charged.
- If we are able to resell your nights, we will let you know, or you can rebook for other dates.
- Group and retreat bookings have their own terms, which we will send you with your quote.
Good to know
- We recommend travel insurance for your trip.
- Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 12 noon. Day use until 6 pm is charged at 50% of the nightly rate.
- We are in a Balinese fishing village, where daily life goes on around us much as it has for decades. There may be animal noises and traditional ceremonies that we cannot control. You are welcome to join them during your stay!
